Kryptonian Powers: Charlotte possess all the powers of a kryptonian under a yellow sun, albeit like Connor Kent (another half kryptonian) her powers took significantly longer to develop. Regardless, she now has vast super physical attributes, flight, various forms of enhanced senses and extra forms of vision (including heat vision), frost breath, advanced healing and cognitive functions among others.
Mutant: As the daughter of Magneto, she has also developed magnetic capabilities that run in the family (like her older half sister Polaris), this ability to manipulate and create magnetic fields gives her a certain hold on the entire electromagnetic spectrum. She can manipulate any object with a magnetic field of any size, produce magnetic force fields, energy blasts, reshape metals, atomically bond magnetic objects to other objects allowing her to manipulate them and manipulate organic metal. She has a geomagnetic link to the planet like her father which in tandem with her other magnetic abilities allows her to boost her physical abilities to further astronomical levels. She has much more control over her magnetic abilities, having had them for longer and learned from her father the fine art of control. Her advanced Kryptonian physiology can tolerate much more strenuous use of powers then her father's can.
Skills: Charlotte is a very capable combatant, having been trained by both parents. She has a genius level intellect, specializing in engineering, genetics (concerning humans, mutants and kryptonians), robotics, medicine and several Kryptonian sciences with an expertise in each that goes far beyond contemporary understanding. She is also a polygot, speaking English, Kryptonian, German, Polish, Russian, Irish, Chinese & Japanese.
Weaknesses
For all of her strengths, Charlotte also has several weaknesses such as:
Kryptonite: Although only half Kryptonian, having fully come into her powers she is also fully affected by Kryptonite native to Earth 2.
Yellow sun light dependency: Her Kryptonian powers are dependent on absorbing yellow sunlight, should she not be capable of taking in they will fade over time.
Magic: Charlotte has no special resistance to magic, making it an ideal weapon against her.
Psionics: Although she wears a helmet like her fathers and has been taught his tricks to resist telepathy, its a far better tactic to take her down then brute force, if you can get her helmet off.
Physical condition: Her use of magnetics is depandant on her physical condition. If she is physically wounded or her level of fitness drops then it increases the stress on her body and psionc backlash can cause serious injury to herself.
Roleplay example:
Barda Boltagon had only very recently arrived on Terra, or Earth as the inhabitants insisted on calling it. It was however, quite a nice planet. The variety of its landscapes was perhaps one of Barda's favourite aspects of it. That and Terra's wine. Especially the white wine. Barda was enjoying white wine thoroughly. Another thing she was enjoying, was being a Young Titan. While she hadn't done any field work yet, per sae, she had made herself familiar with the training equipment, long couches and fridge.
Now she was going for something else, the planets proximity to its sun made it a fine place for "catching a few rays" so young Barda had adorned herself in something similar to what mother dearest wore on her off time. It was at first glance a simple red bikini, although close inspection (not that inspecting her bikini closely was advised) might reveal to one the strange fabrics it was made of. While some Earth bikini's weren't even water-proof, if they were totally for sunbathing or just being sexy purposes, this bikini was water proof....and fire proof, and bullet proof, and knife proof and a wide variety of proofs. It was for all intents and purposes an armoured bikini.

So she went up onto the roof, being all six foot eleven but bearing none of the typical "really tall person" trades marks, instead simply looking like a bigger woman. Not unlike She-Hulk used too. With a towel in one hand and a bottle of wine in the other, a glass hooked on by one finger she emerged to find someone else had the same idea.
"Hey." She offered, as much as to let the other person know they were no longer alone as anything else. With her presence announced, the young madame Boltagon proceeded to lay down her towel, looking forward to relaxing after a hard day of doing not much.
